1. UniFLOW SmartClient
Company portal/företagsporalen should automatically install the application UniFLOW SmartClient SE. This software installs the printer SecurePrint and handles the communication with the printer. If this application hasn't been installed or isn't available in Company Portal for whatever reason, you can sign into https://visma-se.eu.uniflowonline.com and download the windows installation file under "Start printing". Note that if you install the application manually you'll need to restart your laptop after afterwards for UniFLOW to install SecurePrint.
2. UniFLOW PIN
Check if you've received an email from [email protected]. They should've sent you a message like this containing a PIN code. If you haven't received a UniFLOW PIN please reach out to IT.
3. Register access card
Scan your access card on the top of the printer. You'll now be promoted to provide the 6 digit pin code mentioned above. Enter it using the keypad and select "Register card".
