What is MyTools?
MyTools is a self-service platform designed to make user account management simple and automated. Its main purpose is to provide access to different tools and resources within the organization.
With MyTools, both employees and their managers can request or approve access to:
Common tools: Confluence, Jira, Slack, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, Statuspage, SonarQube
Learning and community platforms: Pluralsight, O’Reilly, Visma Community, Udemy, Tableau
How it works
Employees can request access to specific tools.
Managers receive the request, and once they approve it, access is granted automatically.
Managers can also request and approve access on behalf of their team members for one or several tools.
