1. Gmail
Gmail should be installed already so open the Google folder then Gmail. Select "Got it", "Take me to Gmail", "OK" then "Not now". You can now use the Gmail app to send and receive emails.
2. Download Slack
Open the play store and search for slack. Select "Install" and wait for the installation to complete.
3. Slack
Open up Slack. Select "Go on", "Skip intro", "Continue with Google" then "Sign in". Next select "Continue to sign in", "Sign in with Google", "Turn On Notifications" and finally "Allow". You can now use Slack in on your phone.
4. Calendar
Google Calendar will install automatically but with a delay. Once installed simply open it, select "Allow notifications" and "Allow". You can now see your upcoming meetings and events.
5. Microsoft Authenticator
Open play store and search "Authenticator". Select Microsoft authenticator and then "Install" We'll set it up in the next step.
