IT Onboarding - Dell with iPhone - 3. Google sign in and 2FA
1. Turn on your new laptop
Start Google Chrome and select "Sign in"
2. Sign in
Enter your email and select "Next"
3. Password
Enter your password and select "Next". We'll change your password soon.
4. Activate sync and select search engine
Select "Next", "Yes I'm in" and choose your prefered search engine. Google is our standard.
5. Set Google as deafult browser
Select "Set as default". The settings app will open automatically, choose "Set default"
6. Ad privacy
Select "More", "Turn it on", "More" and then "Got it"
7. Enroll 2FA
Select "Enroll", "Turn on 2-step verification" and select "Phone number"
8. Register your phone number
Select "+ Add phone number" and enter your phone number, then select "Next"
9. Verify the phone number
Enter the code that you received via text message
