1. Turn on your new laptop
Press the power button located on the top right of your keyboard
2. Select country/region
Find and select Sweden in the country/region list then press "Yes"
3. Keyboard input
Do the same for keyboard layout. Select "Yes" and then "Skip"
4. Network
Select "VismaL2" and press "Connect". Enter the password "Global365" and choose "Next" then "Next" in the bottom right
5. Sign in
Your manager will have received an email like this from [email protected] containing your login credentails.
Enter the email and initial password from that email then select "Sign in"
6. Two-factor authentication
Select "next", then "I want to set up a different method", followed by "Phone"
7. Phone registration
Switch the country code from "United States (+1)" to "Sweden (+46)" and enter your phone number. Then select "Next"
8. Verify phone number
Enter the code that you just received by text and select "Next, "Next" again and then "Done"
9. Final configurations
Stretch your legs. This configuration usually takes 10-15 minutes so take a short break
10. Windows sign in
You'll need to sign in once more. We'll soon update your initial password shortly.
11. Windows Hello
If you want to use windows hello facial recognition to sign in you can select "Yes, set up" otherwise select "Skip for now" then "OK"
Afterwards you'll once more need to verify your sign in with a verification text. Enter the code and selcet "Verify"
12. PIN
Choose a PIN. If you didn't set up facial recognition this will be your standard sign in method on the laptop.
